My favorite part of that scene is where she fucking lever-chops the hurlock’s head off. a) it looks awesome, and b) the first time I saw that scene my jaw dropped and I made grabby hands at the tv. She’s such a badass.
Aveline is one badass, amazing character. I love the different facets that we get to see of her - she can punch out a hurlock with her bare hand and still get completely tongued tied around someone she has feelings for. And she doesn’t stand for any of Hawke’s BS.
She is wonderful.
I always feel like Aveline doesn’t get the love she deserves but I LOVE HER SO MUCH I JUST CAN’T
